Returns and Exchanges	We do not accept returns or exchanges on: • Normal wear and tear. • Damage from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow wash care instructions. • Personalised or custom items (e.g., embroidered scrubs) due to their made-to-order nature. • Sale or promo items, or gift cards—all sales are final Our production team will inspect returned items, and exchanges are only approved for factory faults at our discretion. We do not offer free exchanges. A R300 fee applies, covering shipping to and from the recipient (R220) and a processing fee (R80). Exchanges may take 10-14 business days, depending on stock availability.
Shipping responsibilities	Simply Scrubs SA is not liable for damages or losses due to an incorrect recipient or delivery address. Once dispatched, the parcel is out of our hands – any changes to the delivery address, day/time of delivery etc, must be dealt with the courier company.
